I'm not doing so well,
I might need some help.

I loathe the fact that
I held my breath through
the tunnel and out came
nothing but me,
plain old me.

Same damn story,
over and over again.
Are you your own worst enemy,
or your gossiping friend?
The aftertaste of something
tart and stale.
Yeah, it's
the exact same
tall tale,
told by you in a
million different ways.

I've learned to drown you out,
possibly, make you disappear.
Mostly,
keep my focus on
something else..

I'm not doing so well,

I might need some help.

Sounds like you are hurting, but I do believe that you will eventually get all the way through that tunnel and into the light. You hadn't really gotten to the end of it--but you will!---and that light will be glorious! You'll be strong and set free!

That's what friends are for, though some friends well..suck. Or this is as good a place as any to make new one's. My suggestion slip on Tool's undertow and keep Bottom on repeat..or Tick's and leeches off Lateralus..or anything on Aenima..pretty much anything by tool now that i think about it..ok I'll shut up now i need some help too..mental help etc etc
