In a tale of two frogs
   and how they feel.
   Not of the same
   but of fate that they steal,
   but in what name?

Both searching for the want
   to fill their hearts.
   Different paths,
   that is where it all starts.
   Hence, feel their wrath's?

One involved, lifetime lived.
   Something to lose,
   a life well spent.
   Framing words through the blues
   that came, and went?

The other, calm and meek,
   just beginning.
   Learning each day
   what makes life worth singing,
   for what it may?

Paths cross, stories are shared,
   feelings mingle.
   Hearts come to bare,
   lips begin to tingle.
   Learning to care?

Then comes the leap of faith,
   the moment fair.
   Jump together?
   Separate? Truth or dare.
   Birds of feather?

In this leap, one is lost
   their sight unseen
   question to ask
   so what does it all mean?
   ... now face the task.

To love is to share faith,
   the fact accept.
   Frogs can love too!
   So don't ever forget,
   to love takes two.
