Speaking Out of Bounds

Sometimes things are said
Without thinking of the consequences
And apologizing would seem futile
Under the circumstances

Sometimes things are said
That might get misconstrued
Causing the one who spoke
To disappear in seclude

Once words are spoken
They can't be taken back
But they do seem to throw
Things slightly off track

"No matter what obsticles life may bring, remember, You can fly" author unknown

boy, talk about humbling, can't and won't speak for anyone else...but have felt the pangs and cuts of my own harsh words...it's a horrible feeling...thank you for sharing.  Cannot take words or actions back...hopefully though we can build on them.

Yes, they do seem to throw things slightly off track. But often toward a more truthful track, so give it time.  Good write, we can all feel it!
