It’s on my tongue, a bloody kiss just waiting
To be spat at someone, covering them with the substance
I drank much to long and relied on to pick me down
When I was starting to go up
Now I stand here, covered in dirt and tears
The stains stick to me, like a greasy mess
Eyes deceive what was to be received as a thousand lies
Truths are told only to cover up what you don’t want me to know
I find myself liking the taste of the blood I feel between my fingers
Between ours lips when we kiss every other night through the phone
Weak glances come to me, as if they are haunting me
Now I lie here, hurt and helpless
Heart pieces lay beside me, shattered and torn by a reckless move
And only a few are here to help me by

wow, I hope it's not the truth. It reminds me of a book I read. Wow, you really remind me of the main character too. Good poem Ri

liz,
its partial truth, i went over with a few things, but something has happened that rocked my world, and now i feel like i can't trust anyone but family and extremly close friends. it hurts so bad...

I'll rustle up about a dozen of the meanest hombres I can find. ( usually women) and we'll storm in and tak ewhomever it is that is picking you by surprise.. I'll let the mean hombre's take care of them and you and I'll go grab a bite to eat and a coke...

thanks for replying, its not something anyone did to hurt me. its something emotionally hurting. but anyways, thanks, this was a much needed release. thanks for replying. the bunny will be back to normal in a while, just takes time huh?

I am so sorry. I hope you did find a release with your words. I know it helps me...not just to release the anger and pain...but sometimes to put things in perspective.
