Take the bran from the oat, it is the best part, good for the belly good for the heart; some baking powder now to give it the rise, some good coconut oil, don't be telling me lies about that polyunsaturated soybean paint thinner; a little bit of salt and some ground saigon, thompson raisins and dried cranberries too, a little bit of flour to make it stick for you, steal the eggs from the chickens and the milk from the cow, now we about ready; I'm telling you how to make the best oat muffins on this god's earth, almost make the pains of living worthwhile; so give me smile there don't be no charge, we pop them in the oven then we're living large. ©2003 by icebox |
