Time weathers the worn and weary face as memories burden the heart in ragged beat. A beat once strong, now labored, oft times in hurried retreat. The Sphinx stands ominously still among the shifting sands, as history is covered daily, from toils of laboring hands. Sifting slowly through the grasp as tears mingle with times dust. Wandering lonely in the clasp of that which comes, which must. If but one could the wearied brow turn back the toils of a mortal man. To cast away the tilling plow as furrowed rows carry life’s tears again. As burdens bend the weakened knee and arch the back from greatest weight A man does stand most humbly in wait of yet his chosen fate. |

A strike of the lightning of regret...for time cannot turn back, her destiny is tomorrow. Wonderful write. Be well. TD |

It is believed that we choose our burdens as part of our divine plan--however, that knowledge does not make them any lighter... May the rain wash away all sorrows, Warm hugs, Linda |

Sifting slowly through the grasp as tears mingle with times dust. Wandering lonely in the clasp of that which comes, which must I am in a fragile state of mind today and this just about knocked the wind out of me, especially after reading that you're leaving?? Oh Barry, I wish you didn't have to go! My best to you, respectfully~ |

Barry, I know the weight you may have to bear may burden your soul, but it certainly will not be too heavy of a load for a back as strong as your own. *smiling* . . . xxoo |
