Stop.
If you didn't think to speak, you
haven't yet conjured up another
conversationalist.
It's always clever to use words
that are long and yet easy to pronounce.

I carry around a pocket thesaurus,
why isn't there a shorter word for it?
I want to say a thousand things
in a hundred differant ways.
Like I need to
stop watching re-runs of Melrose
on friday nights.
Quit my job and get a better life, I say!
Today I'll

Stop.

  Think about what you're saying,
it's not really that complicated to be
ridiculed and teased.
Into conversations, it's like
a wicket web we weave.
I don't want to talk
about chewing the fat
in a million differant ways.
I just want to

Stop.
  And be amazed.
