Senseless, maybe,
Painful, sometimes,
Tears, always,
Memories of yesterday,
Fading only slightly,
Touch, tingle, heart beating,
Yet only flashes of you near,
Painful, sometimes,
Aching always for your warmth,
Painful sometimes,
Especially when I reach out,
What happened to your love,
So freely it adorned me,
Now someone else feels the love
so painfully we shared, until it
dwindled to an end.
