I do not wish to sail the ocean,
I do not wish to fly away,
I do not wish for all the money,
That people spend every day,

I do not wish to have 12 acers,
I do not wish to go to space,
I do not wish to know the answers,
Or to even win a race,

But I do wish to be noticed,
So I could live my dream,
So I could act on broadway,
And see my parents beam,

When it's just me on a stage,
When I am in the light,
And every one is clapping,
And everything is right,

Now you know my wish,
My favorite of all dreams,
Mabey now they'll notice me,
At least that's how it seems.
