I struck a rock with hammer's blow, To see what lay inside, A geode's crystal majesty Perhaps in stone did hide. I smashed my prize with mighty force, No cleave but instant shatter, It turns out the rock was rock, So it really did not matter. [This message has been edited by Tim (07-01-2003 10:35 PM).] |

Too quick? LOL...thanks for bringing some humor to my most recent mistake...which I had to fix quick, but I don't know that the "repair" will be worthy... I collect rocks of feel, Sir. Did you know that? So...one for the library! |

Tim, I love this poem ...the subject and the way you did the rhyme. Hugs Ethel [This message has been edited by garysgirl (07-02-2003 01:46 AM).] |
