Alone
The sun may be shining but I'm still cold
The lights may be on
but I'm left in the dark
Cant seem to understand why nothing means what it should
Needles are raining down on me
I cant seem to get out of my mind
I'm scratching at the walls of time
I want an escape
an everlasting vacation
All the hands that were once held out
have become invisible
I just need someone to be there for me
I need someone to care
I thought I had all the friends in the world
but now as I open my eyes, for the first time, it seems,

I don't know if you want words of comfort, but sometimes things are left best as they are. Honey, we're all alone inside. I find it comforting, but it scares others. Good write.

Yes, I have felt alone many times, and sometimes it feels very sad and sometimes I like it...at times I have endured being alone because I knew that a relationship I was in must come to an end...James
