Spindrift…..Crashing against a bulkhead Cotton candy of eternal narratives Sweeping, regal harmonious modifications…shapely eyes of indifference Atmospheric imaginations caressing our contemplative melodies...that were one Evoking a unification of multicolored patterns & ancient history, warmed by southern suns. Fingers semblance, the textures of life Golden this wheat leaning, reality Soothing melodious flute, defined…yielding bright candlelight...the warmth of his arms...now gone Probes beneath velveteen water. Painting vocabulary Of our personal journey, beyond to another place Sight touches reality, profound, delivering fireflies singing in the twilight sky... Flooding whispers the intensity that remembers you Our firstborn sensation of love Where all that I am is you Reaching the threshold of an aquatic world Hearing underwater sounds….peace….tranquility…pearl Our island, within water’s timepiece…thoughts We travel within the spindrift…crashing into love I turn to greet my muse, poet mystic of hidden languages... A thousand shards of genius Fragments of poetic speech...we were one How we leaped close so close in embrace Our minds eyes mingling through this universal space of a time with no regrets We achieve detachment from the world Afloat our ocean’s spindrift swirl Where all that I am was you and the irony is...you will never know how much I dreamed, up until that last 4th of July...when you left...for the last time. Good bye my love... |
