falling through space at a thousand feet per second,
per second
i hadn't reckoned
on their impact
&
whistling like a kettle, boiling with bile
they filed
inside,
and smiles
turns shy
&
they're bouncing and screaming, and tearing this net
the cold sweat
and regret
of those words
which i try
to forget
forget?

i remember

forever, for good
things change
things should

your words - they're all good
