Reflection of Scars The picking of a future scar Reflecting skills not up to par A blemish one can readily hide Though truth in heart will still reside Scars Like pain onto a runners side with every step ones stomach churn Insane with thoughts of enthocide Ones heart forgets to yearn Try to hide Will you shade my light from growth? Resume as sheltered skin? pigment raw from flesh unseen craving for any a kin Try to heal Unveil the wonders behind the door of glass Depression from perfection must be flaccid Praying open, open, open but alas Such a door has not been crafted Try to accept |

Acceptance leads to surrendering and surrendering leads to grace... A poem that was worthy of a second read! Warm hugs, EA |

Ugh, Scars, past memories stuck, but sometimes, as weird as this sounds, sometimes, they are good memories! ARCTIC WIND |
