Of this my dear, this love I have in wait before the door and far from waking light. A trying thought that lingers within fate upon the dream within the aged plight. For age does come upon the river’s flood to bring to bear the vision of mine eyes. The torrent swift, the vessel’s raging blood, the dark and drear and purple layered skies. Yet if the mind should bring to thought the change and let the heart and soul be brought to rest. A light will shine to view the new arrange, of this I know, and that I will attest. For neath the veil, the mask does dearly hide that of ourselves we truly would have lied. [This message has been edited by Magnus (06-23-2003 09:07 PM).] |

A sonnet from the sire! Be thy name Vanity? 'Tis but Fair! For thou dost preen and exercise the point of thy quill with utmost care and profusion. Lady Linda |
