The Marriage Poem

From the day that we first met
to the day that is now
I've looked into your eyes a million times
and can't imagine how
I've got a man so wonderful and
loving as you are
You've surpassed all my wishes
and dreams by far
So as we stand before this man
who will marry us today
I grasp your hand tight
as I begin to say
In words that are my own
and from the depths of my heart
I will never leave you
and we will never part
From today to forever,
I will cherish and and honor you with love
May God be out witness
and bless us from above.
