I ride a coal, black horse Reins held tight, in fright I ride to doom or worse While swiftly falls the night The night grows close and still I'm riding ever on No memory of ill No whisper of a song I ride through dreams of hope Back to the days of yore Just riding on to cope Forgetting what it's for A nightmare ride I take Through dark that covers light And dreams of good forsake While riding through the night I ride till dawn draws near This coal black horse of dream And hide my hope in fear The night will see me scream I ride a coal black horse With stars upon its side It steals my life by force And bids me now to ride Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. wow *s how are you doing...I rode a horse only once and I got lost so I don't think I will ever try that again, even if only in a dream...it was a nightmare for me hugssss M |
