From an unaccustomed universe,
the remoteness of certain space,
an unknown quality dwells with us
that is feared to end our race.
Mysterious influences, extraordinary strengths,
hidden feelings that control how the mind thinks.
Impressing emotions, excited states,
respective realities that the stranger creates.
At a second look, an inward glance,
it's hard to see through all the fuss
that the unknown we fear has been within,
the stranger among us.


Sometimes we take things differently then as they were meant,
sometimes we do this because of our own experiences,
good, bad, or indifferent,
