One, in midst of an immense field
of flowers gazing into the sky,
the eyes of my heart in search of You.
Upon the warm touch of the sun
I release my scent in praise of You
You know the source of this prayer,
recognizing my smile among thousands.

Me, infinitely small, reaching out
to the immeasurable You.

Full of longing I stretch, in the hope
to touch Your divine breath
You come and dance over the field
a fresh breeze brushing my face.
To celebrate the beauty of You
every single flower joins the dance.

In the morning each drop of dew
holds the miracle of You
sparkling in rainbow colors.
Embraced by Your Light
I weep tears of pure joy
my petals shiver in delight
in the sweet awareness
of belonging to You.

As brief as my life will be
forever it will be joined to Yours.
From dawn till dusk I’m open
to the tender touch of Your Love.
And when the night falls
in silent whispers I tell the stars
about the sweetness of the day,
the sweetness of my Life,
the sweetness of breathing You.

Me, infinitely small reaching out
to the immeasurable You.
Becoming One.

This is a breathtakingly beautiful piece. I could get lost in this beautiful, softly flowing, peaceful poem for ages. Oh how I would really like to right now. Thanks for the few moments of gorgeous peace I found in this!

Margherita, this is just absolutlely beautiful. It
does have such a peaceful feel to it. He is the ultimate
"Peacegiver", isn't He? It's just when people are guilty
of not giving it all to Him that they are tormented.
I know. Pray for me that I will give everything of
my past to Him. Thank you for this, dear friend.

(smiles) Oh Margherita, this is gorgeous, sweet friend, I always find smiles in the heart of nature and the lilacs and crabapple blossoms always make me feel rejuvenated with the bumblebees buzzing and the perfumes they bring!
