The first time I saw you, It was just a passing glance The next thing I knew We were sharing a dance I don’t know what came over me But I went for our first kiss Being with you made me so happy And my night was full of bliss. From that moment on I knew you were unique I wanted to be around you constantly But of the things that happened we would rarely speak And what I didn’t know was the decision lay with me. Everyone around us knew what was taking place But neither of us could read What was written on our face, The unbelievable lust, the incredible need The week that brought an end To the months of uncertainty Was when I realised you weren’t my friend That you meant so much more to me. I feel so special that you’re with me, To feel your skin next to mine I’m thankful this came to be For this is our special time. Each time I think of you I feel the beat of my heart To which you own every minute part So anytime that you feel blue Remember my overwhelming love for you. |
