The fire in his eyes narrated the story itself. No one would enter into this arena without good cause. James being the rational kind, Thought the slaying of his soul was just that. Though time had indeed elapsed, Some 20 years or so, The undenying hatred of his destroyer, Had barely dimmed, Just like the sun of the prehistoric era. The dark power had ate away at him, Right to the core of his soul, Nothing remained except, The last flicker of humanity. Terrible deeds had been committed, All in the name of his signature. With heartfelt angelic cries in the background, The FACE-OFF was to finally begin. |

Hello Jim. Thank you for posting so many book submissions with Passions. It's nice to think that this is a good place for your poetry. One of our niceties of Passions is sharing, and taking time to read others' poetry. I'm sure you'll find that interaction with our poets will garner you more readers in the long run. So, welcome to Passions! I hope you will enjoy the others' works as much as we enjoy yours. Karilea - if I whisper, will you listen?
