Patiently I wait As the days go slowly by It feels like its taking forever The day I long inside The day of which I speak Is the day I will meet you To hold your tiny body See you little face Hold you to my skin Give you warmth embrace Stroke those little fingers Tickle those little toes The ones that keep me awake now Punching, kicking me within To see your hair colour The colour of your eyes Get lost in the wonder Of what I grew inside That day is coming soon Although it feels like it will never come That day I am await for Is the day I will become a mum [This message has been edited by whiskey (04-23-2003 11:28 PM).] |
