Solitary existence is no existence at all, plaguing the anomalies of a woman's mind. I was made to love but one, and love fiercely clinging steadfastly to a desire I was unaware of. Modern Bride is open in my lap, the pages dog-eared on colors of seafoam, azure, champagne; simplicity lost even in a color scheme, complexity a burden that leaves no one untouched. How is it then, when I ask about your spectrum I see only grey? Broken Bird |

Excellent writing! I'll be looking between the lines on this - there is wonderful depth and many questions... |

well, I don't have that desire...been there, done it once, and may never do it again. Of course, I was taught never to say never. Good write, got me thinking. |

I agree with Sunshine...there seems to be some hidden things between the lines here. This is a very well-written poem that makes the reader think. That's a good thing. "Love makes the world go around" |

I sensed frustration and sadness in your words. Wonderfully descriptive writing! Warm hugs, EA |

Brokenbird...BRAVO!!!! Excellent poem!! There is such intense imagery in this piece. You draw the reader into your word picture and make them experience your feelings. ***Ivy Rose |
