We got a new neighbor
Who was always kind
Did a lot of work for us
Helped us fix up the house

He told us he didn't take drugs
But one day we found out wrong
When he accidently dropped cocaine
In my mommas car

That night my Dad went over there
And told our neighbor
A piece of his mind
And told him we didn't need
His services anymore

He lied to us
That was his mistake
Now he woun't be getting
Drug money from us anymore

Cold hands means a warm heart

I smoke some grass here and there, but cocaine is just crap. If it's harder than weed, it's no dang good.

Julie, you do have such a way of honest sharing. There are times I read your words and I am stunned into silence by the portraiture. You are a written visual of our society and I am very glad you are back.
