This is the hallmark that shames me.
shoulders sloop
and back in bend
a question mark
within my spine
punctuating
every line
again
the query of my life--
and how did I get here?

Heavy eyes
and forward stop
nodding
feel the bottom drop
exactly
what I'd paid them for--
and chalk is gathered
in the crease
of the lips I lathered
in
the fat of L'oreal...

Glitter lies upon my chest.
A universe unto my breasts
I snicker thinking
"milky way"
and grimace then--
there is no joke.

It is late
and I'm alone,
boxing shadow
of the Jung
drifting
  drifting
     channel change
without remote control.

This is the paradise that tames me.
Foggy sweet
I taste it, breathe
the candy
of myself denied
the only way I know to sleep
my dreams
they cannot haunt me there--
and yet the hallmark of my shame--
nodding
feel the bottom drop

centrifuged
against the side
peel me
from the curvature
and shake me--
say the ride is done.
Point me to the exit--laugh.

I wobble weak-knee'd down the ramp,
steady eyeing distant point.

I believe that at s-s-s-some t-t-time or other, we all feel just like that...inside.
Tremendous piece.

I wanted to say thanks properly for once.

Chris. YOU are the sweetest friend, and I thank you so much for being so patient and generous with me.

Seymour? And excuse to sneak a kiss, I say!

Raph...chuckling at the Jungian here. Even the shadow packs a mean punch. Hugsandwinks...

Dixie? goosebumps again? (stop that yer turnin' me on! ) hugsandwinks to you too!

jwesley, I've been wondering...I'll bet you have a few fishing stories to tell...sure wish you'd share some tales of the Westbank with us all!

Thanks all for reading, and just a little spin on the "dizzies of life"...
