Alone

Your smiles brighten the gloomiest nights
Your eyes twinkle like the stars from afar
The tears you weep in joy are like the morning
dew that washes away yesterdays gloom
Your hair flowing in the balmy breeze is like
a lazy stream flowing softly along the moon
lit rolling winding path that you love to stroll
wishing you were not alone
