Do and Don’t My head is full of do and don’t For I seldom say I won’t I do not understand the need For the specific’s of a deed There’s not a moment on our way She will not speak and have her say It’s this way that way, right or left When on a scale I’ve too much heft. Opinions are her stock and trade I think it’s some of what’s she’s made There is no store that I can vie She does not scream it is a lie You ask me why I let it be? I’ll answer you in point of re I love the women and that’s the truth It is the truth forsooth, forsooth For if I once would tell her stop A humpty dumpty would be the crop. |
