As I sat, I pondered sorrows;
Pains to come in my tomorrows.
I wiped away the flowing tears,
And filled myself with doubts and fears.

Pain follows me in all I do.
Just stay away, you’ll be hurt too.
I’ve seen the sighs, heard the crying
Of my loved ones, at their dying.

You deserve a life of beauty,
Not the trials that consume me.
Please blow a kiss, and walk away.
I love you… but, be on your way.

I can understand how you feel, but I don't think you're just saying so will make people stay away. It doesn't work for me.

I don't know if today is a good day, or if yesterday was, or if tomorrow will be, but I'd like to think so.

I loved your poem, but it hit a little close to the lonely place in my heart again!

Thanks so much. I don't think anyone'll be walking away too soon. Just after so many funerals and hospital visits and cries... I'm literally afraid that the people around me will end up being hurt. Irrational though, I know.
Oh and I've been spending all my time at school, church, and missing my boyfriend. Oklahoma is way too far away (hurry up and come summer!). I miss having time to write and read!
