Feathering my hair, pauses of a warm wind
Nearer to the crevasse, gurgling in the spill
Through my fingers, wetted in the cool, clear drink

This much,
Enough to overflow the days to night
Unlaced, uncovered and unceasing

Fondling my heart, blown in lingered kisses
Reverberating, as if to stake their claim in stone
Drafting easily the silk spun close on cavern doors

This much,
Enough to unease me, tracing shivers on my skin
Unlaced, uncovered and unceasing

Rustling linen litter, gauzed emotions left at rest
Never done, until my mind has filled in your caress
Perked to hear the whisper of the winds across my soul

This much,
Enough to waken to the night air, every human longing
Unlaced, uncovered and unceasing
