A story that begins with the anguish of a crescent moon I can’t say if I am dreaming or living it doesn’t matter the night neither the shadows the sky unlocked his beauty like silent flowers awaking in spring. and down, lies a little city covered by a white and hard sieve, the snow has clung courageously to earth. The thaw hints without war nor glory the night opens its mouth drawing my being, our bodies get close through the window and I scroll it to uncover letting its arms take my wholeness only silence whispers with consent this night I have found a new secret and I turn back my face at the glimmer to the auric halo that embraces the moon leaning above the dried branches of a tree. The moon breathes me, my breath emerges as steam, the night is limned into my eyes slowly struggling shadows have surrendered and once again, the sky is naked his skin is my skin under my sheets. The moon is into my eyes. Love, Etain. |
