Abating Blue(5/6/03) Darkness decends yet light filters through I see the flecks in the air and try to capture with hands wanting to become light, abating blue Lessons are learned with each shouted word every bruise True colors of others rear their ugliness and show me with eyes blurred Nothing seems to come easy the battle apparent freedom from one leads to fight with another like a moth to a flame It's just inherent Darkness decends yet light filters through I see the flecks in the air and try to capture with my hands wanting to become light, abating blue |
