Initiate Beginnings To believe In anything, would be To trust in the fact that I was most likely born The anti-angst… A most unfortunate fact, At times, To see wallow, and not be graced With the slough of mire between toes That in some annoying way Skip between the raindrops Most irritating, perhaps, Is this almost always full cup o' cheer, Inveterately believing that any problem Experienced Is of less or slighter import than those Troubling you… However, because I do not Openly share What scars have been delivered, You imagine, Believe, know, perceive and doubt In my reality, claiming I am not genuine. I hear the whispers. “She’ll die young, she’s too good.” But I must have bent toward terrible, a little, I’m still here. “You never speak of you…” What, have you agonize? Over my own Slipshod handling of life? No one pays For my own transgressions other than me. You did not bring me here, I stepped into this On my own. If it speaks just right, you only hear Shushing grass, not squish of clay. I do not want to engage in One up yours, And truthfully, when I look with eyes Shut tight, As red-black images run across my eyes Warning me How dark it is in here, And speaks to how shriveled becomes the soul I lay aside me For you, Because lost is lost, And you are found.  (sad sigh) between the red and black and the blue and purple, I always think there are contradictions and I can only imagine how beginnings are always like ends to themselves but they feel broken and have no means sometimes! (sigh) This is excellent writing, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing! I admit I love to dig, even in mud, and almost enjoy the feel of ooze. The image of the juxtaposition of gooey ooze next to pristine waters for some reason allows my mind to accept the primordial stew concept, and to appreciate how far we've come. (or have we?) I really enjoyed the twisted, upward thrusting ride my bubbling brain cells received from reading this post.   Deca, so happy to see you posting again!(now visualize a sinister wicked older female departing stage right, cackling maniacly) PS, I had to come back for a second read, and to say I'm keeping this one in my personal library, thank you.)
