I am your little boy Just a runnin’ round the yard Skinnin’ knees Climbin’ trees And playin’ Oh so hard Shirt tags inside outward Shoestrings flippin’ in the wind My legs are showin at least a dozen scratches on the mend My Pocket’s brim with rocks and twigs My shoes are packed with sand And Mom can’t guess what critters I got crawlin’ in each hand My face is five shades darker than it was when I ran out And though kissing it is something that your lips could live without don’t let these days escape your praise Cause I won’t forever stay a sprout Stephen. |

Stephen, this is really cute. And this...... My face is five shades darker than it was when I ran out And though kissing it is something that your lips could live without don’t let these days escape your praise Cause I won’t forever stay a sprout Oh, so true.... Hugs, Ethel |

this is fun and precious. I only wish more parents, both moms and dads, would read this Always, Alyssa - And so it was that time stood still - |

I really really enjoyed this one! And? It was me, not my little brother, who always had wiggly critters in each hand, not to mention the ones hiding in the shoebox on top of my bed. |
