Mouse! ...come out, dear Mouse from that hole you hide in; come out and talk with me awhile, for I have no freinds... And merriment with thee seems now so nice, and I am so lonely! (sweet mouse...) (Tender mouse,) come out, Mouse, from your house; I have no claws for thee, cut off, alas! Not that I would use them so, to swipe at thee as you peek out... My tail swishes but take no heed, 'tis not for thee 'tis just my way, you see, to welcome such as thee to parley a while with me. Alas! Sweet Mouse will you ignore me so? Me, who had done no harm to thee? Surely you have a heart of stone, fat, tender mouse. [This message has been edited by j0n4th4n (05-03-2003 07:46 AM).] |

haveta chuckle... I've seen the shadow of that paw, m'self. This reminded me much of Lewis Carroll in essence and style. Enjoyed. |
