Spring slowly begins to emerge As the radiant sun parts the clouds Replacing winter’s cold with her warmth Which ignites the life with nature's true self The world of leaves and flowers Begin to awaken to bask in the glow Soon the lawn will be a lush green Like a soft carpet blanketing the earth Fresh new leaves will emerge from bare branches Spreading their limbs out over the ground They will shimmer quietly in the breeze As they soak up the long awaited heat The rain and sun together Gently encourage newly formed buds To open themselves up to the world Exposing the most delicate blossoms Which burst forth in passionate hues That mirror those of an iridescent rainbow It is an awesome sight to behold This transformation that occurs When one season melds into the next Mother Earth gradually becomes rejuvenated As spring breathes new life into her Making winter’s tenure seem like a distant memory All writing comes |

I enjoyed this - though with four acres of garden spring usually means work for me . Nice one. I'm voting for this. God bless and keep you, Namaste! Boh (oops had to correct a spelling mistake - been here too long, lol) [This message has been edited by Bohemianaus (04-03-2003 02:35 PM).] |

Nicely done. I feel sprung! Yesterday is ash, tomorrow is smoke; only today does the fire burn. |

Well she is sure flirting around with us here, and I will be darn glad when she makes up her mind. Loved the images in this one. Don't be too hard on yourself - even Einstein had trouble tying his shoelaces. |
