Out here in my jungle, Danger lurks at ev'ry tree, Poachers, snakes and crockodiles, And loads of killer bees. Stories of things so much worse, Have been told for many years, Of something much more dreaded, The jungle shakes in fear. The lions cower and run away, The natives say "Ju-Ju" All the elephants run and hide, The legends are all true. This beast is something horrible, Eats raw meat-bugs and dung, His breath will clear a village, The Swahili pack and run. You know when he is coming, From drum beats all in rhyme, There's no escape, not even me, His breath rots out my vines. Army ants go "AWOL" Hyenas make no sound, (It's been said that's why the ostrich, Sticks it's head beneath the ground). Anteaters now go hungry, There are no termite mounds, The jungle doesn't have an insect, When Balladeer's around. [This message has been edited by Toerag (12-31-2002 12:41 PM).] |

Why didn't I have this figured out from the beginning...Surely, I must have had a though that Toe was going to turn over a new leaf, instead of wearing one.... Thanx Toe, awesome!! |
