Thankful For My Family Of Friends........Happy New Year |

This year past had it's ups and down With things occuring, some smiles, some frowns This is just life, as we all know If things didn't happen, we might never grow One day this year, as searching for poetry I came across something that's really helped me I found a place, where feelings, poets release A "home" called Passions, where many find Peace Whatever emotions I feel each day When I write here, many know what to say They give encouragement, when I feel down Trying to help my feelings, to take away the frown Or when I'm happy and filled with glee All of you are here to laugh with me Sometimes we let our inner child show In my mind's eye, I see your faces aglow When each new one comes to our pages of blue Kind words are said, like "We welcome you" I'm thankful for you all, my sweet "Family of Friends" The help and encouragement all of you give, never ends I'm glad to be a part of all of you To return love and friendship, I try to do Wanting to encourage the sad and broken heart To lend a helping hand, I want to do my part And when someone is rejoicing about something good I'll be right here smiling, too, as good friends should I thank you one and all, here at PIP For many years to come, all of you I hope to see  HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL [This message has been edited by garysgirl (12-29-2002 01:23 PM).] |

I've been around passions on and off for about 3 years now (i had another screen name of course). I never really stayed active with it though and haven't made friends with anyone so far..i hope maybe this time i will make at least one or two  And thank you, by the way, for the congratulations |

(big hugggssssssss) Oh Ethel, New Years Eve always brings me tears because I hold the Jiminy Cricket song from Pinocchio close to my heart, believing my dreams can come true when I stand alone on the balcony into the navy blue night sky and see the brightest star and hope real soon I can finally hold Joanna and my world can finally bloom in full color! (sigh) I wish true happiness for you and Gary in 2003 and forever on, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ethel, thank you for sharing!
