Would You If you knew my Name Would you hold my hand? Would it be the same? Would you understand? If you heard me sigh Would you call me dear? If you heard me cry Would you hold me near? If you touched my face With a velvet glove Would I hold a place? In a heart of love If I told you my desire Would you run away from me? If I told you I’m on fire Would you cool or set me free? Would you take my hand in lift? Or set my soul adrift? |
