Ice cold water Dropped suddenly onto Heat flushed skin... Trailing slowly over Sun-bronzed curves and hard edges Steam dances Towards the ceiling, Misting up the mirror as Candlelight illuminates: Silhouettes gliding... Bubbles silently disappear; Shadows flicker Throats become dry, The thirst rises and peaks... Candles die, And the tub overflows... The soul would have no rainbows, had the eyes no tears. |

Should I be picturing this? If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |
