My eyes gaze into
Those that have not changed
Though time has all else
Not the same
And once again
Our love remains
Through raging storm
And rocky shore

You’ve held me up
When soul does weep
I’ve reinforced you
With lovers strength
Sparks do fly
When equals meet
To withstand all
As disaster weeps

How wonderful, to have eyes that gaze back with enough strength and constancy to weather any storm, withstand any disaster.
