She said "I can reach you, Please let me try"
He said "You just don't know love, I'm so far away"
She said, "I watched you sleep, you were so free, innocent"
He said "I dreamed of you, with me always, this way"
She said, "I see so much in your eyes, happy, yet sad in a way,
And I feel in your touch, more love than I thought ever possible"
He whispered "I love you"
She whispered "I love you too"

He watched her back to sleep
She knew he would go, far away...never to return
