"A grieving heart" your the very reason why im here your the very reason for my fear i have every right to hate what you are and to hate you even more, for leaving my scars but you make me laugh, you make me smile and to re-write the past, you would walk that extra mile. but now i dont trust as well as i could and never will i love you as much as i should. you hurt my other self, there for you hurt me as you gave into sickness, now i give in to grief. a response poem to my sister's "a little girls cry" by susan caldwell |

So much heartache and pain in this one. Loss of trust in a friend or family member is so hard to get past, yet holding onto grief and anger only makes the hurt sink deeper into your inner being. Find a way, if you can, to forgive even if you cannot forget. |

Dearest "Other Self," Thank you for loving me so much. My life would not be complete without you. The poetic bug must be genetic! Love you, Euwy |
