Pull the trigger, throw the bomb
Play the warrior's game
It matters not where they're from
All men die the same.

Words at war will never make peace. A very nicely worded poem.

So much truth in so few words... this is excellent, Toe!! Whatever our differences, whatever our beliefs... we all bleed... And whatever the uniform, soldiers die... if their bodies survive, their youth and innocence do not.

Smiling at your then some... *S*

Good poem, Toe....but I don't agree. All men die...but not always the same. I've seen it and I know you have too, my friend.

Toe...
we can pray for peace...
and work towards it.

However, some just
do not listen.

And threaten us.

My hands are folded...
but my heart is resigned...
and my hands would unfold,
and take hold,
if they would let me.

I know where you stand...
peace for all lands...

but...we have to be
realistic.

Thank you.
