“LAST NIGHT” by Bill Charles ~~~~ We lied together until the sleepy dawn, your touch sincere through the night, mine of many tender loving caresses, with whispers in your ear by candlelight… Neither slept snuggling under the blankets, knowing the warmth, each the abductor, passions taken, passions learned with you, teaching me like a tender wildflower… Last night learning your many tender delights, wanting it to last, not wanting to let you go, I did when the morning light showed through, but I’ll be waiting again, for tonight’s shadow… ~~~~ |
