Foibles

Foibles turn me Peter Pan.
The human bran of natural man
Ingredients that make me wink
Make me laugh and make me think.

They are the jesters of our time.
A little off and out of rhyme
But make the difference that we are.
And make some twinkle like a star.

They are the salt and pepper spice.
Placed in body with the rice.
Change the broth into a stew.
Into the person that is you.

So recognize and use them well.
They are the spirit of your dwell.
The thing that makes your special ID
Something like Pandora’s lid.

This write is but my foibles light.
And writes the nonsense that I write.

Then there's tales of Cain and Oibel
You lay your words out on the toible
I think your mind and very stoible

Well, you know what I mean,
Thanks for another gem

Sy,
That's a relief! I though it was my age.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

(smiles) Well, Adam Duritz of Counting Crows says "Everything is nonsense, but I understand it!" I think life is supposed to be nonsense and if not, than life is a depressing thing! (big hugggsssssss) You are what makes poetry fun and vibrant, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

But to believe your write is nothing but foibles is too impossible even for me to believe.
