Simply a travesty
Life’s gotten hard.
A wreck of a person,
Broken and scarred.

With a hope in tiniest
Grain of the sand.
Can’t move a mountain
Nor raise up a hand.

Without a thought
The rise of loss,
Too far down now
At too much cost.

To give up a lifetime?
...Just want it to end.

I’ll hope a bit longer
Tell me I’m you friend.

I breathe
A gasp.
I stand
And fall.

To blink
My eyes,
Takes up
My all.

And you expect me, to run?
To make a journey, having fun?

I give my best.
I sit real high,
But broken down
I close my eyes.

Give me some time
‘Cause I can’t last
And can’t you see?

I’m falling fast.

(bleh, sorry, its a depressing one. ..at least I've shown a FeW hoping, faith, ones lately!)
