The memories are echoes trapped in a stillness I can recall the names of those who wove the web but their faces are vague dreams dancing across the tip of my tongue sometimes I lie in dark places unable to contain the voices and images that remind me fate is an entanglement presented aesthetically for a span of time illusion was reality and we gazed into eyes that exposed the other’s reflection love was foolish but it wasn’t blind we were aware soul mates and ever afters didn’t exist but for a while we pretended as if they did |

we were aware soul mates and ever afters didn’t exist but for a while we pretended as if they did *************** A wonderful pretend. I enjoyed this very much, both the thoughts and the presentation. |
