I lifted the chalice I Drunk deep its mellow intoxication took me I am lifted far away I am alone With my own universe Here i am god Here i rule completely This is my place I remember the cold bite of the past when i was alone and not a god I remember long nights crying in cold pillows after a girl i cant be with And i am god here in my world again as light awakes me Yet i still am me the hurt the enchanted Alone as god is still alone So i turn my back on my universe And replace the chalice What use is a Universe I ask my myself If theres noone to share it with Take a good look at my face |
