The snow is falling
and I smile

The wind is howling
and I smile

The temperature drops
and I smile

Icicles form on the rooftops
and I smile

Children play in the snow
and enjoy the winter wonderland
and I smile

The white stuff is shoveled
and moved around
and I smile

The furnace warms the house
and I smile

The heavy jackets, gloves and scarfs
abound
and I smile

Upstate NY is a winter playground
and I smile

Cause I dont live there anymore!

yes, dear,
one thing i look forward to, one of the few things as the circle goes round another few seasons, is in about l5 years, i can be a snowbird
snow bites a big one....this is very sadistic , by the way to those up north
