I’m asleep
It’s kinda funny
I can hardly hear a word
But I always know just what you’re saying

I’m smiling
It’s kinda funny
When I can hardly hear a word
But I always know when you’re talking about me

I’m laughing
It’s kinda funny
I can hardly make out your face
But I know you hate me deep down

I’m confused
It’s kinda funny
I can’t even tell who is talking
But I know it must be you by the anger in the voice

I’m crying
It’s not funny
It was never funny at all
And I was never asleep just tired

I wanted to know what you’d say
As soon as I was away
And now I know
I don’t want to know anything at all
I just want to sleep.
